Who we are
cloudcoding.ai ("we", "us") is a software agency. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share information when you use our website at cloudcoding.ai and our cloudcoding.ai Mail API ("the Mail API"). The Mail API lets a business connect its Google account with Google Sign-In so we can work with its Gmail on its behalf.
Information we collect
From our website
When you send our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional) and the project details you write. We use this only to reply to you.
From the Mail API
When you connect a Google account, Google asks you to approve the access we request. With your approval, we receive:
- Basic profile information: your name and email address, so we can identify your account.
- OAuth tokens: the access and refresh tokens Google issues, so we can act on your mailbox when you ask us to.
- Gmail data: we request full Gmail access (the
https://mail.google.com/scope). This lets the Mail API read, compose, send, label, organize and delete email, including messages, threads, attachments, labels and settings. We access this data only when needed to perform an action you or your business asked for.
How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the Mail API features that you see and choose to use. These include:
- Sending email from your account when you ask us to.
- Reading, searching and organizing your email so the Mail API can return results to you or your business systems.
- Using AI to read, sort, summarize and draft replies to your email, when you turn on these features.
To give the AI features, we send the needed email content to a third-party AI model provider. We use AI providers only under terms that do not let them use your data to train their models. We do not use your Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.
Google API Services: Limited Use
cloudcoding.ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This means:
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features of the Mail API.
- We transfer Google user data to others only when needed to provide or improve those features, to comply with the law, to protect against security threats, or as part of a merger or sale of our business with your prior consent.
- We do not sell Google user data. We do not use or transfer it for advertising, including personalized, retargeted or interest-based ads.
- We do not use Google user data to decide credit-worthiness or for lending.
- No person at cloudcoding.ai reads your email unless: you give us clear permission for specific messages; it is needed for security, such as to investigate abuse; it is needed to comply with the law; or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
How we store and protect data
We do not keep the content of your email. The Mail API processes message bodies and attachments in memory to complete your request, then discards them.
We store only your OAuth tokens and limited metadata, such as message IDs, thread IDs and timestamps. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. All data moves between your browser, our servers, Google and our providers over encrypted connections (TLS). Only authorized team members can access our systems.
How we share data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Service providers that host our systems, deliver our email (Postmark, for the contact form) and run AI models for the Mail API. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
- Legal authorities, when the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor, if we merge with or sell our business. We will ask for your consent before we transfer Google user data.
Retention and deletion
We keep your OAuth tokens and metadata while your Google account stays connected to the Mail API. When you disconnect your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days.
You can remove our access to your Google account at any time on your Google Account permissions page. To ask us to delete your data, email sean@lmsystems.ai.
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to talk with you about your project.
Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in to our services.
Children
Our services are for businesses. They are not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If a change affects how we use Google user data, we will tell you before it takes effect.
